Javer Sells $30 Million of Bonds in Re-Opening of 2014 Notes

Jan. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Servicios Corporativos Javer S.A.P.I. de C.V., a Mexican homebuilder, sold $30 million of bonds in a re-opening of securities due in 2014, said a person familiar with transaction.
The company issued the bonds at 109.50 cents on the dollar and to yield 10.31 percent, said the person, who declined to be identified because terms aren’t set. Credit Suisse Group AG arranged the sale, the person said.
Javer sold $180 million of the five-year securities to yield 13 percent on July 30.
